COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)

UTILITY FEE: from 14.06 to 12.09 per person per day: € 10,00 adults; € 5,00 children 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. This fee covers gas, electricity, water, 1 set of bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights).
FINAL CLEANING: € 70,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 50,00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Santa Teresa Gallura in cash, the amount may change depending on the period.        
DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
